gregGreg has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years. He has worked as a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pilates Instructor and Manager in a number of centres around Melbourne. Greg recently qualified as a Wellness Coach and is currently studying Applied Function Science with the Gray Institute.
While he has background as an athlete he also knows how difficult it can be to return to exercise after prolonged inactivity and injury. He enjoys working with a diverse range of people and works to help clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing by addressing the whole person.
