Meet the Team

Greg Jacobs, Personal Training, Pilates, TRX Trainer, S&C Coaching

Greg has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years. He has worked as a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pilates Instructor and Manager in a number of centres around Melbourne. Greg recently qualified as a Wellness Coach and is currently studying Applied Function Science with the Gray Institute. While he has background as an athlete he also knows how difficult it can be to return to exercise after prolonged inactivity and injury. He enjoys working with a diverse range of people and works to help clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing by addressing the whole person.

Felicity Wright, Pilates

Felicity has a dance and sporting back ground; she started Ballet at the age of 5 and continued dancing many different styles until she found Ballroom and Street Latin. Through her younger years Felicity played Field Hockey at State Level, and participated in many other sports including tennis, competitive swimming, golf and badminton. Felicity has competed in State and National level Salsa Championships and her passion of Salsa has taken her around the world teaching and performing. Throughout her dancing career Felicity used Pilates to keep her strength and flexibility. When the opportunity came up to train with the Australian Pilates Method Association she jumped at the chance to expand her teaching knowledge, help others and pass on the benefits Pilates has to offer and has been doing so since 2009.

Tayla Agosta, Pilates

Tayla trained for 15 years in classical ballet, culminating in a year spent dancing in Munich, Germany. Tayla was introduced to Pilates as part of her own injury rehabilitation and to further improve her dance performance. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science – Clinical Myotherapy and still dances for fun.
