Greg has been involved in the fitness industry for 30 years. He has worked as a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pilates Instructor and Manager in several centres around Melbourne. Greg is currently studying Nutrition and will be a specialist Conditioning coach by the end of this year.
While he has background as an athlete he also knows how difficult it can be to return to exercise after prolonged inactivity and injury. Owning a small business and being a single parent means he also understands that diet and exercise isn’t your top priority and that you don’t have unlimited time available for it.
