Strength and Conditioning

The Strength and Conditioning Coach is a specialist in the physical preparation of the athlete. It’s not all about higher, faster, stronger, the number one role of the Strength Coach is to provide injury prevention training.

We work with individual athletes or teams and assess the current condition of the athlete and the demands of the sport before structuring a progressive training program.

Greg Jacobs has provided Strength and Conditioning Coaching for:

Australian Swimming
Box Hill United Soccer Club. (State league Division 2)
St Michael’s Netball Club.
Box Hill North Football Club (VAFA)
State and national level athletes in various sports including Jenni King (national XC Mountain Bike champion) and Christian Gorrie (Nationals medallist, flat water canoeing)
